YACHT CLEARANCE PROCEDURE (CIQP) the REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

INDONESIAN YACHTERS CLEARANCE APPLICATION :HOW TO APPLY ONLINE.

STEP ONE:

CLICK AND DOWNLOAD the PDF CLEARANCE APPLICATION FORM. (see right & below)

This will become your registration form for clearance at Marina Del Ray. Answer all questions and ensure the Captain, Owner, or authorized representative signs the application.

STEP TWO:

Upload your COMPLETED CLEARANCE APPLICATION FORM and provide the following:

1.     A copy of the vessel’s legal registration

2.     Signed and completed Crew List

3.     Copies of all Passports

4.     MMSI certificate

5.     Captain photo

6.     Boat photo

USE the VESSEL CLEARANCE UPLOAD BUTTON (see right or below)

After receiving your completed documents, MARINA DEL RAY will Register your Vessel for entry into Indonesian waters, (normally within 48 hours).

We will then ask you to provide us with your visa information application. 

Upload your complete E-visa required documents

1.  Copies of all passport cover

2.  Copies of all passports

3.  Pass photo

4.  Boat Register

5.  Financial statement balance US$2.000 USD

6.  Certificate for covid-19 vaccination

7.  Statement letter of quarantine, click and download the PDF application form (see right)

Social/Business/Tourist visa B211A 

Once the information is gathered you will be asked to pay for a Social/Business Visa (B211A) which is valid for 6 months, you get 60 days upon arrival and then requires to be extended every month. The process takes one week and once complete your visa will be emailed back to you and the process will start since the documents and payment complete

Social/Business Visa B211A is your evidence that you have permission to be in Indonesian waters and on route for Clearance to Marina Del Ray.

Please Note: Once a Vessel has cleared into Indonesia It IS NOT REQUIRED to CLEAR IN ANY OTHER PORT until you exit Indonesia permanently.

YOUR VESSEL IS FREE TO EXPLORE THE INDONESIAN ARCHIPELAGO for THE NEXT 3 YEARS.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE

Yachts should hail their arrival by VHF 16 & 72 or call our office which is a What’s-app no. +6285961467709. You will be asked to proceed to a Berth or Quarantine mooring. Code Flag Q should be flown. After hours please pull up a mooring! You will be asked to provide copies of your Port Deceleration, Crew List, Passports, Boat Registration. We will then ask you to sign Marina Del Ray BI LAWS which are a condition of entry. NOTE: THERE IS A CHARGE OF $300 USD/BOAT FOR CLEARANCE ONE WAY.

Visa Requirements Republic of Indonesia

Short term visa, social visa B211, visa service, visa/permit obtaining/Indonesia

Social Visa B-211 is suitable for:

  1. Tourism

  2. Social and family

  3. Cooperation between Indonesia and other country

  4. Between educational foundation

  5. Attending short term training

  6. Journalist that already has permit from the authority

  7. Non-commercial movie production that already has permit from authority

  8. Conducting business conversation such as sale and purchase of goods and services

  9. As well as production or goods quality supervision

  10. Giving speech or joining non-commercial seminar in term of culture, social, and government, after getting permit  from the authorities

  11. Joining non-commercial international exhibition

Holding Social Visa B-211 you are not allowed to do business activities in Indonesia or to take up employment.

Initial period of Social Visa B-211 given by Indonesian consulates can be up to 60 days, and it is possible to extend it up to 4 times every 30 days.
Once you get the Visa you have 90 days to activate it arriving to Indonesia. Social Visa is a single entry Visa. If you have left the country before Visa expiration, you cannot use this Visa again to come back – you will need to get a new one.
